Street Signs of Győr

Published Categorised as Art & Design, Hungary, Travel No Comments on Street Signs of Győr

There’s also lots of vintage street signs in Győr. This one says “fabric dyeing and dry cleaning”.

Sign at entry to pharmacy. Patika is chemist.

The pipework signs in Hungary are made of pegboard letters.

The Illuminati beckon you in. The sign on the door offers cut-price trouser alteration.

Super 70s sign advertising Hofer’s Furs- there didn’t seem to be a fur coat shop there any more.

Stickers advertising far right fascist/nationalist groups on a lamppost. I wanted to scribble them out but didn’t have a marker, and they were stuck too firmly to the lamppost to peel off.
